The Forge

WHAT THE FORGE IS

A small circle. A trusted mentor.
Share the burden. Sharpen one another.

Events build relational soil. Connections give founders practical tools. The Forge is the heart.

The Forge is a Christ-centered founder community where entrepreneurs sharpen one another through faith, business, and intentional relationships. Most founders have places to talk about growth, revenue, and execution.

But very few have spaces to talk honestly about:

  • the pressure they carry

  • the tension between business and family

  • the loneliness of leadership

  • what it looks like to build something while staying grounded in faith

The Forge was created to change that.
Not perfectly. Not performatively. But intentionally.

It’s a place to:

“Share each other’s burdens…”— Galatians 6:2

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”— Proverbs 27:17

The Forge Community Groups

6-8 Founders Per Group

1 Vetted Mentor

Every Forge mentor is interviewed, trained, and supported. We look for shepherd's hearts and entrepreneurial experience, people who've built and want to give back.

Small enough to be known.
Large enough to be sharpened.
We cap groups so the relationships stay real and the conversations stay honest.

Consistent Rhythm

The Forge isn't a 6-week course. It's a posture and a rhythm meeting consistently (once a month), walking through the seasons, building something that lasts within a supportive community.

HOW IT WORKS

WHO IT’S FOR

Faith-driven founders in the early stages of building.

The Forge is for founders who want their faith and their work to be one whole thing. You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need a perfect business model. You need a willingness to be known, a hunger to grow, and the humility to be mentored.

Founders are placed by location and mentor fit. We have groups for both students and working professionals.

A FORGE FOUNDER LOOKS LIKE…

  • Early-stage — idea, MVP, first traction, early revenue

  • Hungry to integrate faith into the way they build

  • Willing to commit to a consistent rhythm with a small group

  • Coachable — open to mentorship, sharpening, accountability

  • Building something they believe is a calling, not just a company
