Barcamp GR
BarCamp GR is a free, annual "unconference" held in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where technology enthusiasts, designers, developers, and entrepreneurs come together to share knowledge and spark innovation. Since its inception in 2006, BarCamp GR has fostered a collaborative environment where attendees drive the agenda, presenting on topics ranging from web development and digital photography to health tech and creative hobbies.
Unlike traditional conferences, BarCamp GR thrives on participation. Every attendee is encouraged to present, whether it's a 25-minute talk, a hands-on demo, or a casual discussion. This open format ensures a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences, making each session unique and engaging.
The event is designed to be flexible and inclusive. There's no obligation to stay for the entire duration; participants are welcome to come and go as their schedules permit. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a curious newcomer, BarCamp GR offers a welcoming space to learn, network, and contribute to the community.
Join us at Calvin University's School of Business for this year's BarCamp GR. It's an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, explore new ideas, and be part of a vibrant, grassroots tech community.
